All of our recycled aggregates are put through a stringent cleaning process. But what exactly do we mean by this?
Whether aggregate are sourced from demolition sites. construction sites or elsewhere, all materials are filtered to remove additional materials that shouldn’t be there. So any extra materials within sand, for example wood or concrete, are removed to ensure we’re dealing with one material and one material only. Once this process has taken place, the sand itself is then cleaned and filtered, returning it to a state that could be mistaken for brand new. Once we’re happy with the quality of the goods, it’s ready for repurposing.
